**Rest 2:00 between rounds
**Each Round should take about 3 minutes

L1/L2 – may scale down to 10 Burpees

The goal is to do all the kettlebells unbroken, meaning without putting the bar down and without re-gripping. Go all out each round on the burpees and push your limits
