Starting Monday 10/3 we are implementing the BURPEES4Lily Charity Challenge!

-Burpees need to be completed INSIDE the Box

-Burpees are to be done OUTSIDE of WODs and warm ups

Honor based system (It’s for Lily!)

There will be a scoreboard to keep your tally (points are to be reported to a coach or staff member, who will update your score on the board)- highest score at the end of October wins a prize

When: October 3rd-31st

What: BURPEES!!!

Why: You know why!!!

Buy in: Min $10 (We will always take more!)
