Programming Notes: November 30, 2015
Athletes: I wanted to give you a quick heads up on two things: one, the program were on gets reviewed constantly, we are on the right track.
Two: if your entering a competition let us know the name and the date. We will do the research and incorporate the WOD’s into our programming. We may use the WOD as is or in intervals using part(s) of it. Doing this will help the competitor adapt, measure, and improve there times, reps, weights.
