Teams of 2 complete AMRAP 30:
8 Thrusters #135/95
10 Snatches #135/95
12 Box Jumps 30/24″
One athlete works on the triplet at a time while the second athlete completes a 400m run with a 45/25 lb plate. Once the run is done, the athletes switch roles and continues the AMRAP where with first athlete left off.
