A special quarterly event for our members.
This is your chance to invite your friends / family to the gym to try an awesome partnered CrossFit East Providence workout.
There is no charge for this event. Class will use daily format. All participants will review movements prior to an enthusiastic, ballistic, fun-inspiring workout!
Teams of 2:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Hang Squat Clean Thruster, 135/95
250m Row after each set.
Example: Partner 1 does the ten reps + 250 row. Once Partner 1 finishes the row partner 2 does the 10 reps + 250 row.
