Warmup: 5 min of DU’s or  3-5 kHSPU  10 Pistols     Dig in and own these movements

Mobilize:  coaches choice

Metcon: 

4  rounds on the Rower 400m or Run 400m

Rest 2 minutes per round Scale pace as needed

Then:

3 RFT:

15 Burpees

10 Ring Dips

Rest 2 min between rds
