The P-Knot is a versatile, easy to use tool that efficiently helps one to perform self massage/SMR (Self Myofacial Release).
On Saturday, March 12, 2016, P-Knot will conduct our class warmup and cool down. This is a chance to learn more about the P-Knot and use it while having the experts by your side.
