A special quarterly event for our members.
This is your chance to invite your friends / family to the gym to try an awesome partnered CrossFit East Providence workout.
There is no charge for this event. Class will use daily format. All participants will review movements prior to an enthusiastic, ballistic, fun-inspiring workout!
5×2 Back Squat (climbing)
Teams of 2 complete AMRAP 20:
2-4-6-8-10-12*… Clean & Jerk (1 bar per team, reps are a total number for a team)
*after each round complete: 10 Front Squats (total as team, broken up however)
*you may also use a KB or DB
For example, in round 1, Alison does 1 Clean & Jerk then Sara does 1 Clean & Jerk. Then Alison and Sara alternate Squats until they have finished 10. That is round one.
