Front Squats:

6 @ 70%

4 @ 75%

2 @ 80%

ME (Max Effort) @ 80%

 

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.  The ME set is meant to be just that…. MAX EFFORT.  What number can you get!?  This is going to be just as mentally challenging as it is physically challenging!

Metcon:

 3 sets:

Max Effort L-Sit on Rings or Rig

Rest as needed in between sets
